Well what can I say, I have always meant to leave feedback on every site I have visited all over the UK but never have, however my family and I have just returned to England today and I am blogging. Arran is a most beautiful place absolutely full of wildlife and is definately Scotland in miniature. The camp site was in the most beautiful place we could have wanted. The pitches were great and it was spotless. Owners were amazing and the site was spotless including the toilets etc. The view was amazing. I loved watching the Buzzards but most of all the Reds I am a wildlife photographer and only on my last day did I get shots of this elusive squirels. A bit of advice build a feeding centre and let people pay to get nice images of the Reds from Hides people pay in excess of £50 in UK for the privelage. Finally thanks again for all you did for us, you have an amazing site and are very caring and attentitive hosts :)

A friendly, clean, very well serviced & organised small campsite in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed a lovely 3 days at Bridgend. Despite the wind & wet. :!cool:

Just had a lovely long weekend here with our campervan, a beautiful site well maintained and would put many other sites to shame.
The attention to detail was impressive with all that the camper could possible require being available and some lovely finishing touches to boot.
Toilets and shower were spotless.
The site is deservedly benefiting from the Ferry prices being cut this year which makes it excellent value for money.
Great hosts couldn't be more helpful, hope to see you again soon.

we have just returned home after spending 4 nights at bridgend, we always take our dogs away during the fireworks as the oldest one gets so upset. we decided to go over to arran this year and saw this site online, it is a beautiful site very clean and well looked after. Elizabeth one of the owners was such a lovely person and helped us out with some dog food when we discovered we had left ours at home.we will certainly be back :D

Just returned from a lovely week in the holiday cottage. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Friendly neighbours (and neighbours friends!) Robin and Christine are lovely, they are just next door but not obtrusive. We had a great time, thank you * * *

Stayed here mid October. Had a lovely break. Cottage is very well equipped, with everything you need.
Hosts, Christine and Robin, are there if you need anything, but are in no way obtrusive.
Enjoyed our stay here, and hope to do it again.

What a great wee site, quiet, friendly with good clean facilities. Best tribute we can say, is if (or rather when)we go back to Arran, Bridgend is where we'll stay.

Having done some reading on various other campsites on Arran, I was surprised at the lack of reviews for this little beauty of a campsite! I would definitely recommend and will definitely return. Very well kept campsite, clean toilets, lovely hot shower, fresh and cold drinking water, dishwasher area and Christine and Robin are very obliging with allowing campsite users to use their fridge to store any food items you would like to keep cool....perfect for having a nice bowl of cereal in the morning!
I would return to this campsite before any others on Arran in future.
